Atlantiv.com reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order, without prior notice to you, to supply less than the quantity you ordered of any item.We may require additional verifications or information before accepting any order. Typographical Errors In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to typographical error or error in pricing or product information received from our suppliers, Atlantiv.com shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. Atlantiv.com shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, Atlantiv.com shall immediately issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the charge. Return policy and limited guarantee against defects Atlantiv.com's 7 day limited warranty against defects, may also apply. Atlantiv.com's 7 day limited warranty is a defective exchange policy that provides for either repair or replacement (at our sole discretion) of merchandise that has been confirmed as defective by either the manufacturer or Atlantiv.com. Leased merchandise is not eligible for this warranty. Hardware confirmed as defective by the product manufacturer or Atlantiv.com will either be exchanged or repaired at our sole discretion within the first 7 days of ownership only. After 7 days the product manufacturer warranty is the only warranty in effect. Terms and conditions may vary by product or manufacturer. Atlantiv.com will assist customers whenever possible in gaining satisfaction with product manufacturers. For assistance or to exchange a defective product please call (+44) 844 357 5444. Products returned for exchange must be in new condition, original packaging and include all disks, registration cards, packing materials and other accessories and be received within 7 days of the package receiving date. We reserve the right to refuse for return or charge a restocking fee for damaged or incomplete returns. No returns will be accepted without an RMA number issued by Atlantiv.com or when the product manufacturers or distributors return policies supersede ours. All products on www.atlantiv.com are New and they all come with a ONE YEAR STORE WARRANTY. This warranty covers the repair and replacement of the parts of your equipment for 1 Year. If something goes wrong with your item, all you have to do is send it back to us, along with your purchase invoice from Atlantiv.
Insurance against theft or loss is already included in the shipping. You are guaranteed to receive your item in perfect shape.
Atlantiv.com offers a 7-day return privilege policy on all items provided the following guidelines are followed: - All merchandise must be returned in original manufacturers packaging unopened with manufacturers seal.
- All supplied manufacturers accessories are included in original factory packaging.
- Original manufacturers warranty cards and paperwork must be blank.
- All returns must be double boxed and accompanied by a Return Merchandize Authorization (RMA) number. Please contact our customer service division at (+44) 844 357 5444 for your RMA number.
- Shipping and handling fees are non refundable. (Including all refused and unaccepted packages).

Items are normally sent from the United Kingdom, however, if the item is out of stock in the UK, it will be sent directly by one of our suppliers in the United States.
